Management Fees - % of monthly rent- Leasing Fee – 70% of One Month’s Rent
- Lease Renewal Fee – $200 per lease renewal

- Maintenance and Vendor Coordination – Included
- Eviction Processing and Legal Fees – $200 (plus pass-through legal fees)

Multi-Family Property
